This is a stunning 1950s grey wool suit by Forstmann and originally sold at Neiman Marcus. This suit is made from a medium weight wool, the structure and hand of the fabric is impressive. It has ten buttons down the front of the jacket. The collar is a black velvet. The jacket is fully lined and the skirt is not. Typically these skirts would have been worn with a slip. This suit is in overall very good condition. The only thing to note is there is fade to the under arm lining. It could be relined if someone wanted.
