This is a gorgeous 1960s cocktail dress by Pat Sandler for Highlight. The bodice has individually hand sewn sequins on the bodice. The bodice is done in a black silk chiffon overlay. The skirt is black velvet. The dress has a back metal zipper. This dress is in very good condition. Some faint underarm wear to both the underarm panels. These could be removed if desired.
