Late 1940s matching wool suit
Circa 1950 tailored two piece matching suit in a taupe wool. The jacket features a wide notched collar with black wool inlay detail, matching accents on the pocket flaps, and a nipped waist with button closure. Finished with cuffed sleeves and seaming that shapes the silhouette. The straight skirt is unlined and has a side zip closure. I have had this suit professionally dry cleaned and is in stunning condition. One tiny pin hole smaller than a pin head. One tiny spot. One under arm has a very light wear was almost impossible to photograph.
