This is a charming 1950s party dress. Designed in a sheer off white floral embroidered nylon fabric. It has a green velvet ribbon around the waistline and skirt. It is fully lined. Has a back metal zipper and a built in tulle underskirt. The hem of the skirt is 11”. I have hand washed this dress, it is in excellent condition.
