This is a 1950s nautical novelty border print skirt. Made from a cotton fabric. It is pleated all the way around the waistline and has a back metal zipper. A single button closure. This skirt is in very good condition. I have washed it by hand. There’s some spots on the underside of the hem, not seen when worn.
