1980s peplum top by Vicky Tiel

This is a gorgeous 1980s peplum top by Vicky Tiel originally sold at Bergdorf Goodman. The fabric is a soft ribbed texture and is made from rayon. It is fully lined and buttons down the front with black glass button. It is in very good condition.
