This is a gorgeous 1950s black velvet two piece dress and matching jacket. Both the jacket and dress have gorgeous tiny hand beaded details. The jacket has self covered buttons. Both jacket and dress are unlined. The dress has a side metal zip and is missing its original belt. This set is in over all very good condition. Typical brushing to the velvet that you'd expect to see in 70 year old piece. Some threads from the beading are exposed from the inside. The beading on the dress is in good condition with two small pearls missing at the very edge of the shoulders.
