I believe this is Lilly Pulitzer but might be unlabeled because it’s reversible. Cheerful and classic, this vintage wrap skirt features a kelly green with hot pink sea creatures such as seahorses, starfish, shells, and coral. The skirt ties at the waist with ivory cotton binding that trims the edges and forms the tie closures. Has a Deadstock tag still on it but the paper was cut. This is in excellent condition, very light yellowing to the edge of the ties. The size is totally flexible because it’s a wrap skirt. Works for a small, medium. Length: 28”
