The jacket is completely hand lined in silk taffeta and has built in weights. It features black corded rosette buttons down the front, adding a beautiful contrast to the pink wool. The skirt is fully lined and closes with a side zipper, with exceptionally deep hidden side slit pockets and a gorgeous black satin self tie belt. The suit can easily be styled together or worn as separates. This is an absolutely stunning example from one of America’s most important designers and represents the extraordinary craftsmanship for which Norman Norell was known. The suit is in very good condition. There is some underarm wear to the lining of the jacket. On tiny faint spot on the skirt.
