This is a circa 1970 green and blue tie-dye velvet maxi dress. This beauty features a keyhole neckline. The velvet feels like a silk but is probably synthetic. The bodice is lined with a sheer material and the skirt is unlined. The dress has a back metal zipper. I believe this dress was a custom made piece. It is in excellent condition.
