1950s Florence Lustig floral brocade coat
This is a late 1950s Florence Lustig floral brocade coat, This rare beauty is made from an exceptional silk brocade, featuring a green, blue, and purple floral pattern with metallic gold flowers. It has short sleeves, cocoon silhouette with a soft stand collar and asymmetrical front tab closure. The collar has hidden snap closures. It is fully lined in a purple satin. It photographed more blue than it is in life. This piece is in very good condition with minimal wear. There’s some light spots on the coat as shown in the photos. They are only noticeable when closely inspected. This coat has a loose oversized fit. My dress form is an extra small for reference. I believe this could work for a small to a medium.
